WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
At the moment we only accept Paypal as our merchant payment system, you can still pay using your debit or credit card, and you don't need an account with them to complete your transaction, it's secure and easy to use. Please visit paypal's website for more information: https://www.paypal.com/
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As part of our T&Cs, our refund policy is:
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: jewellery, underwear; and (iii) You are responsible for the cost and delivery of the returned item(s).

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
At the moment we do not offer gift cards, but it is something we are considering for the future.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer UK and International shipping, both are available as standard or you can select the tracked and signed option. Depending on the weight of your product depends on the price. We send items via Royal Mail. If you selected the tracking option you will be sent a tracking number.
Delivery is free within the UK on all orders over £20
MY ITEM HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED
Mini Geek Boutique is not responsible for items once they have been dispatched. It is recommended that you follow up any lost packages with your local post office/depot. Please do feel free to contact us if you need to as we may be able to help.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER!
Please contact us as soon as possible to make any amendments to yourorder. As long as your order has not already been dispatched, we can amend this you. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details provided by a customer.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN IT BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
Of course! Please make sure the correct address is entered at the check out, please also leave a note at the checkout if you'd like a short message as well.
We don't send invoices with orders so there is no need to worry about prices being seen.
