Customs, Duties & Import Fees

These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays caused by customs.
Missing or Lost Parcels
We understand how disappointing it can be when something doesn’t arrive, and we’re happy to help — but there are a few important things to be aware of:
-
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until:
- 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date for UK orders
- 20 working days for Europe
- 25 working days for the Rest of the World
If your order hasn’t arrived within this time, please email us at hello@minigeekboutique.com with your order number.
Tracked or Signed-For Orders:
If you selected a tracked or signed-for delivery option, we can check the parcel’s delivery status. If Royal Mail shows that the parcel was delivered (via GPS confirmation or a signature), we will consider that proof of delivery and may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Untracked Orders:
We cannot provide updates or compensation for untracked items once they’ve left our premises. By selecting untracked shipping, you accept the risk that it may be delayed or lost in transit. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for important or time-sensitive orders.
We kindly ask that customers wait until the appropriate lost parcel timeframe has passed before getting in touch.
Please also note that false claims of non-delivery are taken seriously, and we reserve the right to decline future orders from customers we believe are misusing our policies.
